Foundation process

Every year, our experienced team handles numerous company formations with entry in the commercial register in Zurich, Zug, and other cantons. In this first step, we clarify your needs
in a personal meeting and answer your questions. Afterwards, nothing more stands in the way of forming the company.
In our clearly structured online company formation portal, you can easily enter the data required for the formation of the company yourself, even if there are still uncertainties regarding the name or purpose of the company or regarding the future shareholders.
In the next step, we check the completeness and accuracy of the data you have entered. If necessary, we make the necessary adjustments after consulting with you. Of course, we remain at your disposal to answer any questions you may have. Once the check is complete, we prepare the incorporation documents, which now only need to be signed and notarized.
In the protected area of our online incorporation portal, you have access to the incorporation documents prepared for signature. You can simply print them out, sign them and return them to us by mail. Once the foundation capital has been paid in, we will have the foundation documents notarized by a notary.
It is possible to receive the notarial certification without you being present in person. Our specialists will take care of this step for you. In the case of a company formation in Zug or Zurich, the notarization takes place in the corresponding canton.
In a last step, your company will be registered in the commercial register. We will send you the original incorporation documents by mail.
